What to Expect

Join us for main sessions, guest speakers, prayer, round table discussion, worship, and response time. There will be team building activities, an afterparty to connect, and a panel of individuals in the world of ministry, higher education, and business to help better equip our approach in ministry both inside and outside of the church walls.

Our hope and prayer is that you will leave feeling personally refreshed, connected to other leaders and resourced to reach next generation for Jesus.

As a leader you may feel under resourced, overlooked, or completely misunderstood when it comes to the vision and mission God has called you to accomplish. At this conference we want to come along side and offer a time of encouragement, community, personal growth, fun, and an opportunity to connect with others doing similar things.

Terry Parkman serves as the founder of Next Generation Leader, a leadership group committed to seeing the next generation of leaders discover their purpose, empowering them to step out into the plan of God for their lives. Terry travels and speaks internationally on NextGen leadership trends, and more specifically, generational shift and how that impacts the Church today.

Joshua Edmon is the Associate Vice President of Spiritual Life and Dean of Multicultural Engagement at North Central University located in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Ryan Skoog is the co-founder of Venture Expeditions back in 2002. Venture brings relief to refugees fleeing violence, combats human trafficking, oppression & extreme poverty, and brings the hope of the gospel to unsafe, unreached, and under-resourced areas. He is passionate about prayer and just released a book with two other authors entitled, Lead with Prayer: The Spiritual Habits of World-Changing Leaders.

Also, you will have time to hear from our Power Panel of pastors who are leading young adults ministries from Minnesota all the way to Missouri. They have insight, stories, ministry approaches, testimonies, and a heart to see young adults come to Christ. There will also be a time of Q & A.
